2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Detection of simultaneous logins may result in account suspension.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely via our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Purchased plans and mock test series are non-transferable and tied to a single user account.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once any mock test or premium content has been unlocked or accessed.

4. Usage Restrictions

• All content provided is for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
• Reproduction, screen recording, reselling, or redistribution of questions, notes, or analytics is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to bypass payment gateways or security protocols will lead to immediate legal action.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to sharing account access or scraping content.

IISER Smart Prep is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) or the Joint Admissions Committee.
